Job description
Production Planning.
Discuss status of R.M & Dies and Tooling's with PPC & Die Shop
Dept Head.
To achieve target against planned production.
Monitoring Quality of Production.
Take corrective action on NC product.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guide subordinates Operator.
Responsible for Quality of product and corrective actions on non-conformities.
Informing machine breakdown problems promptly to maintenance department
And ensure that machine is OK for further production.
Responsible for all Shift output and Quality.
Ensuring correct identification tags of R.M., Cut Material & Forging.
Monitoring Quality of production. Zero defect supplies to customer Domestic & Export)
Implementation of product audit and initiating appropriate actions.
Review and disposal of non conformities of final inspection.
To implement Process and product development as per customer requirement.
Maintaining production records like Monthly Reports & effectiveness Monitoring of the same.
To maintain good housekeeping within the department
