Job Description

As an Organization Structure and Design Architect, you play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing Dr. Reddy’s organizational structure. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating an efficient, scalable, and agile framework that supports our strategic goals. You will be at the forefront of crafting the blueprint for a high-performing organization. You shall also partner with HR leaders who are contemplating structural change to advise on impact and implementation of the change.

As a deep subject matter expert you will build and manage the global Job Architecture framework for Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. You will be responsible for setting up a globally consistent set of job families, job roles and bands across employee and executive populations in association with the rewards, talent and learning teams

Success of this role will be measured by improvement in organisation structural efficiency, accuracy in evaluations, efforts made on capacity building and appreciation of the role based organisation amongst line leaders and HRBPs, efficiency in governance of the job evaluation and architecture.

Key Responsibilities Evaluate the efficiency of the organizational structure by assessing factors such as:

Resource Utilization: Measure how effectively resources (human, financial, and technological) are allocated and utilized within the organization. Process Optimization: Track improvements in workflow efficiency and the elimination of redundant processes due to structural changes. Cost Reduction: Measure cost savings achieved through structural improvements, including reductions in overhead or administrative expenses.

Develop, assess, and optimize the organizational structure and design to enhance efficiency, alignment, and agility. Regularly evaluate the structure for opportunities to streamline processes and improve resource allocation. Lead and support organizational change initiatives by developing transition plans, providing guidance to stakeholders, and ensuring smooth transitions during structural changes. Utilize data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in the current organization. Translate data into actionable recommendations for structure enhancement. Assess the organization's ability to adapt to evolving business needs and changes in the external environment. Maintain the consistency and integrity of the roles within the organisation through effective and robust job analysis and job evaluation Serve as a focal point for the job architecture, ensuring work is developed with diverse input, delivered according to the scope of work, and the project timeline and resources are managed to achieve project goals. Partner with Talent Team to align job roles to skills and ensure there is an integrated end to end alignment of Job Architecture and Skills Taxonomy Provide expert support for coaching the organization on the job evaluation methodology Create a governance model for ensuring the sustainability and relevance of the organizational structure

Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in Organisation Design, Job Design or Organisation Effectiveness. A full-time MBA degree from a reputed B-School is required. High level understanding of HR processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills In-depth knowledge and experience in organizational design principles, frameworks, and best practices. Proven ability to drive and manage organizational change initiatives successfully. Ability to align organizational design with the company's strategic objectives. Experience in supporting large end-to-end cross-functional process excellence/improvement initiatives Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of initiatives and strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, Experience working with a geographically dispersed team Demonstration of successful interactions with cross-functional business partners Ability to work with all levels of partners and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs. Able to work autonomously with little daily mentorship in a matrixed environment. Able to act as leader for colleagues with less experience may coordinate the work of other staff members when needed.
