About Furrl is a funded early stage startup building the

next generation of lifestyle e-commerce

through a

clutter-breaking

discovery platform for new-age brands. We are attacking the 100 billion dollar D2C market in India by creating a one stop shop for consumers to discover, validate and purchase these lakhs of independent brands and creators in India, in a way that is personalised and effective at scale.

Harvard Business School

With a wealth of experience in building successful businesses from scratch, both within startups and large corporations like Myntra and ITC, our Founder has a proven track record of driving innovation and growth. Most recently, she was Partner at Entrepreneur First, an early stage VC that she launched in India, where she mentored over 300 entrepreneurs and built a portfolio of 42 startups in the country.

Your responsibilities will include: Own strategy and execution of customer acquisition via multiple channels like social media advertising, Google ads, affiliate, email campaigns, SMS campaigns etc, working closely with the marketing team. Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, including coordinating for assets, working on messaging and tracking metrics Constantly assess performance of all channels against targets and continuously optimise campaigns to achieve targets. Set up tracking systems for all Digital Marketing channels and provide regular reports to Management on progress. Create, maintain and strengthen the organisation’s overall brand awareness with customers and brands. Monitor current market conditions as well as competitors' information to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, UX and Category teams to deliver products that delight customers. Requirements This role is right for someone who is smart, learns fast, works hard and wants to grow. Some things we are looking for: 2-4 years of experience in running end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with exposure to different channels including Meta, Google Ads, SEO, affiliate marketing, email marketing etc.

Hands-on experience and expertise in Meta and Google is a must. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to set up metric tracking dashboards, analyse customer data and come up with actionable insights using different tools. Experience working with B2C consumer products at scale. E-commerce experience preferred. Self-starter attitude with high ownership. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple departments to drive projects. What to get excited about
