Receptionist - Chennai, India.
About The Job To support Front office activities and give administrative support to the organization like record keeping and bookkeeping, secretarial-style support using Microsoft Office tools, and google docs.
Your Impact - Welcoming visitors and registering them at the reception register.
- Should be able to supervise the office and manage the day-to-day functioning, including facility management and any other related work as assigned from time to time.
- Petty Cash Management.
- Managing day-to-day purchases and transactions by providing invoices to the operations team.
- Responsible for answering external and internal official calls.
- Responsible for issuing access cards.
- Maintaining an inventory of various supplies used in the office.
- Coordinating shipping and receiving, including courier services, and providing status reports whenever required.
- Maintain a safe and clean office area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
What You Will Bring To The Table - Proven experience as an Admin/Front office with (1-3 years) experience.
- Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs.
- Research and record-keeping skills.
