System and Network Coordinator

Job description
Nextgen Clearing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced System and Network Coordinator to join our team. In this role, he/she will be responsible for the coordination and administration of various in-house IT Infrastructure servers and various VPN set up. Further, he/she is required to perform project management/implementation management of network and system set up. The System and Network Cordinator also needs to make sure that all VPNs are set up according to defined SLA. The System Administrator has several responsibilities in regards implementation processes as well.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordination and management
- Perform Impelementation management of all network connection.
- Formulate and implement a implementation/project plan.
- Coordinate the migration process between customer and Nextgen.
- Initiate connection set up request.
- Project closure and sign off.
Client Relationships and Manager Reports
- Need to answer various client mails. Ensure email standards are maintained with respect to greeting, problem identification, proposed solution and conclusion.
- Keep Manager informed of task accomplishment, issues and status. (Daily activity will be accomplishing without failed)
Requirements
- Preferably 1-3 years System Administration experience
- Preferably 1-2 Years of Customer support or Project management experience
- Preferably 1-3 Years of implementation support /Operations experience.
- Qualification: min. graduate(IT)
- Preferably system admin certified
- Knowledge of Linux, VPNs, Network.
- Very good communication skills
- Preferable Coordination specialist
- Methodical and thorough working style
- Goods hands on Excel and Smartsheet.
- Project planning
- Creative and innovative way of thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
