Overview of Tasks & Responsibilities
Tool Administration & Training Focus on FACTON Software Tool for PDP Product Cost Calculation Provide 1st level support for FACTON users incl. solving of tickets Escalate problems to IT or FACTON or GPO Programs & Project Controlling Further development of MAHLE standards & processes (e.g. new releases) & collaborate with FACTON for implementation of new features incl. Testing (e.g. reports) Support the development of training material for Key Users Training of Key Users / FACTON Users Premises Process: Support (new) Process & Method definition for Premises Organization and moderation of kick-off- and alignment meetings incl. preparation Pre-Filling Templates - File management (cloud) Tracking data provision by plant Data analysis & feedback Support Plant CO (Q&A) - Presentation generation Documentation FACTON administration & upload Guidance & conducting adjustments and updates during the year Candidate profile: - University degree in business administration or related studies 3-5 years of professional experience within PDP Product Cost Calculation and FACTON software Experience in Project Controlling in an automotive company as an advantage MS SQL skills as an advantage Strong coordination and communication skills and forward-thinking abilities High quality and compliance awarenessJob tags
