Job Description: Data Scientist (5+ Years Experience)

Requirements

Bachelors / Masters/ PHD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a data science role

Mandatory technical competencies

Strong expertise in data modeling, machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis and deep learning Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques using Power bi/tableau or similar tools Hands-on experience with common data science tools and platforms. Strong knowledge of python, SQL Capacity to keep abreast of emerging technologies in the field.

Preferred technical competencies Experience in data engineering or data warehousing or big data Ability to write basic servers/applications/APIs in python or any language

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced data models to solve complex business problems. Create insightful visualizations to convey complex data findings in an understandable manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data insights into actionable business strategies. Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in the field of data science.

Presentation Skills: Ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively. Data & Business Understanding: Develop deep understanding of the industry and the capability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. Team Building & Mentoring: Proven experience in building, leading, and mentoring junior data scientists or analysts. Continuous Learning: Demonstrated eagerness to explore and adopt new technologies and methodologies.
