Job Description

The position is for a Social Media Associate role within the EdgeVerve marketing team. The candidate will be required to manage the publication of content on EdgeVerve's social media channels. The candidate will be required to work very closely with marketers, designers, editors, and other approvers to publish relevant, insightful content and to create the content calendar. The candidate should be motivated, resourceful, and able to ensure the content provided is published on time and presented in a way that maximizes reader engagement. The candidate should stay up to date with AI and Automation industry rends, visual identity guidelines, and develop campaign metrics reports.

Your key responsibilities:

1 . Required to manage the content calendar, strategy and publication of content to EdgeVerve's social media channels. 2. Provide instructions to the copywriter to create well-written, insightful content for both post copies and visual assets 3. Work with GTM and Brand teams to implement and monitor their social media posts 5. Assist with the management of social media advertising strategies for channels 6. Report on organic campaign performance and prepare monthly content performance reports 7. Evaluate social media marketing data and ROI for key stakeholders 8. Analyze and report on competitor’s social media channels and content flow 9. Execute social listening activities by identifying keywords and analyzing data, and converting data into insightful reports 10. Develop interactive dashboards and reports for the business 11. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders

Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Outstanding written and oral communication 2 to 4 years of experience in social media management in the IT, Technology or B2B industry Up-to-date understanding of content trends of all the major social media networks (LinkedIn and X) Experience with social media tools (e.g., Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.); knowledge of Sprinklr is a plus Understanding of measurement and analytics of social media and website content MS Office — Word, PowerPoint, Excel Basic Knowledge LinkedIn and Google ads
