HYTORC is currently seeking an Operations Manager for our new office in India. This individual will have experience managing an Indian company, providing world-class customer’s service, and developing an outstanding team. They will ensure that the team and facility are sales and customer focused. Additionally, identify and develop plans to address opportunities, supervise, control, direct, administer and coordinate all operations under the general direction of the company. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise the performance and maintenance of all personnel and ensure the efficient operation of the facility and computer systems. Develop operating instructions and procedures; strive toward a goal of zero down-time in operations. Prepare operating budgets relative to the needs of the business. Ensure that the on-site staff conforms to all local laws, codes and regulations. In conjunction with Leadership, establish a program for the acquisition, storage and accountability of all operating materials, tools and equipment. Establish a customer approved inventory control system. Ensure that work responsibilities are allocated properly among subordinates by developing and implementing schedules and work methods and procedures that are designed to obtain low cost and efficient operation. Work with sales management to improve customer relationships Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the branch. Oversee the overall profitability of the branch, ensuring that the branch’s financial goals are met and annual budgets are prepared. Ensure all company policies and procedures are consistently followed by the office. Perform special assignments for the company and/or office as needed. Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Oversee day to day operations and design operation strategy to meet annual goals Work with Finance to maintain and adjust budgets, while optimizing expenses with service, sales and operations. Create and Set operations policies and processes. Ensure employee productivity and develop them professionally and assist with HR related matters Direct the employees assessment process Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations Provide solutions to issues such as profit declines, budget adjustments, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors, etc) Qualifications: Business Degree Prior experience managing an Indian company, Must demonstrate the ability to successfully manage and direct others. Must demonstrate skills required to build team spirit and successfully motivate all Associates. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in English. Must be willing to travel throughout India as needed. Must be proficient with computer systems. Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills. Must have the ability to analyze sales and marketing information needed to make business run more efficient.
