GTM Strategy Program and Project Managers - Wireless Technolgy BU

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing programs and projects for VotaryTech's Wireless Technology BU that develop mobile software for Android, iOS and other platforms. They will communicate with clients, understand their needs, plan and manage deliverables, and work collaboratively with the development team. They will also create project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, and manage project timelines, budgets, and risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Program and Project Management in the mobile software industry
• Deep knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices such as Agile and Scrum
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and technical writing, with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery
• Experience in risk management, change management, and stakeholder management
• Experience in building project plans, creating schedules, and managing budgets
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and ensure deliverables are met on time and with quality
  

Additionally, experience in wireless technologies, mobile applications, or telecom domain is a plus.
