Position : Manager Liaison
Location : Mumbai
Qualifications : Degree in Civil/ Architect
Work Experience : Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in liaising with local development authorities, municipal corporations, MOEF, collector offices, fire departments, town planning offices, and airport authorities. They should have experience in handling residential and commercial real estate business areas in government departments and premier real estate developers.
Key Responsibilities :
- The ideal candidate should be able to directly interact with top officials from Mumbai's MCGM, CFO, MOEF, NMMC, BMC, MSRDC & SRA to obtain approvals.- Responsible for obtaining all statutory permissions and approvals for the region on time.
- Strategizing regulatory approval process to minimize delays and enhance faster turnaround.
- To act as the company's interface in dealing with key/senior officials of relevant statutory authorities and various consultants.
-Building effective relationships with local development authorities, municipal corporations, MOEF, collector offices, fire departments, town planning offices, and airport authorities.
- Regularly interfaces with key government officials at the senior/secretariat level of relevant departments and offices.
- The ideal candidate should be able to encash the relationship by obtaining better concessions and timely information affecting the project from the department.
- Candidate should be highly motivated and self-directed focused on results and closures. - Exhibits thought leadership and strong critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Good understanding of business.
