Qualifications we seek in you:
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate / Under graduate
Fluent in English and Hindi language

Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role voice (inbound/outbound)
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
