Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of some work from field and some office work in Faridabad. Qualifications Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Building skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed business decisions Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 6+ years of experience in sales or related fieldJob tags
