Job description
Job Title - Business Development Manager (Only Male)
Department : Sales
Key Responsibilities-
1) Handling existing clients
2) Client and new business generation (in heavy fabrication)
3) Analyzing clients requirement
4) Handling billing and quotation
5) Regular reporting through daily/ weekly reports/ monthly reports
6) Conducting Market research and understanding the market as well.
7) Marinating the client database as well as data retrieving of prospective clients.
8) Devising new marketing strategies to increase company sales
9) Ready to travel to business meetings involving demos, presentations and corporate tie-ups.
10) Development of new parts and handing over to the production department after proto development.
Minimum Requirements:
Attributes :
1) Excellent oral, written & interpersonal communication skills.
2) Entrepreneurial attitude, i.e. self-motivated, self-directed
3) Strong ability to multitask, time management, and out of box thinking
4) Goal orientated with an ongoing and sincere desire to learn
5) Proper planning & implementation of business development strategies for increasing sales
6) Generate new prospects from corporate business
7) Generate requirements from the client
8) Manage client’s requirements
9) Should be a very good planner to handle situations and immediate problems.
10) Should have good knowledge of computers, MS Office & presenting data.
11) Ability to convert an inquiry into a viable business proposition. 12) Good Presentation Skills
