Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive/Center Manager located in Bengaluru. The Front Office Executive/Center Manager will be responsible for undertaking receptionist and other administrative duties, resolving customer issues, and managing daily operations of the center while ensuring excellent customer service is provided to clients.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills, communication skills, and customer service skills
• Experience in receptionist duties and front office operations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Familiarity with office machines and software like MS Office
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
