Position: Project Planning and Control Engineer

Reporting to: Project Planning and Control Head

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Planning and Control Engineer to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Reporting directly to the Project Planning and Control Head, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, monitoring, and execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct performance, cost, and financial tracking to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project performance.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for management review.
• Support the Project Planning and Control Head in various project-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree in Project Management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of project planning and control principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in performance, cost, and financial tracking techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in the [industry/type] sector is a plus.
