Desired Candidate Ideal incumbent will have at least 6 months to 4 years of multi facet hiring experience on lateral / permanent positions with Tier 1/ International BPOs / KPO / ITES firms specializing in Operations / Bulk hiring (Voice/ Non-Voice) The incumbent should have excellent candidate management / engagement / relationship management skills from sourcing of CV till the joining phase Excellent logical and analytical skills are a must have for the role in order to understand the job description and finding the best fit candidate Good market knowledge The candidate should have good / exemplary communication skills
