Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating qualified leads through various channels and possess excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Drive outbound calls to generate qualified leads from new prospects. - Utilize phone, email, and LinkedIn for selling activities and new business development. - Qualify leads and manage the sales process through prospecting and cold-calling. - Build and verify contact databases using LinkedIn and other lead generation tools. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead handover. - Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to build genuine rapport with prospects. - Leverage IT and IT services sales experience to drive business growth. - Experience in sales within the Europe region and familiarity with the Europe/UK market. - Proficiency in GDPR regulations and compliance.

Key Skills and Experience:

- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in lead generation through cold calling. - Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies across mid and large enterprise segments. - Email marketing expertise to drive campaign objectives. - Database management skills to identify key prospects and manage data effectively. - Proficiency in creating and managing social media campaigns. - Experience in account-based marketing to engage key account segments. - Ability to generate a minimum of 30 calls per day to drive positive leads. - Proven success in driving revenue through lead generation activities.
