Overview:
The Senior Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. They are responsible for fostering a positive work environment providing strategic HR guidance and implementing HR programs to support the organizations goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations objectives
- Provide HR guidance to senior leadership on talent management organizational design and workforce planning
- Lead and manage HR initiatives related to employee engagement diversity and inclusion
- Oversee and drive the performance management process
- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives
- Lead HR analytics efforts to provide datadriven insights for decisionmaking
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver seamless HR services
- Coach mentor and develop HR business partner team members
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR business partner or senior HR generalist
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HRrelated software
- Experience in managing and developing a highperforming HR team
- Ability to navigate and lead through organizational change
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus
