FPNA team is a focal point in Maersk for management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, performance management. deep dive analysis and finance related business support.
Associate Finance Analyst will help drive financial performance in an organisational areaThe purpose of this role is to collaborate and support CEN L&S Investment Finance and WKC team in the creation of relevant business intelligence around current and future L&S capital expenditure as well as facilitation of the investment agenda through managing and supporting various projects. This role mainly includes providing and performing various L&S capital insights and analyses, tracking approved investment proposals and ensuring their correct reporting in the L&S systems, and supporting on various L&S internal projects.
• Managing Capex and Lease monthly tracking and follow-up actions
• Performing ad hoc analytics for Balance Sheet & Cash Flow as needed
• Providing intelligence around CFFO, CFFI, and Acquisitions, for monthly reporting
• Providing MPR support (Capex, Lease, NWC)
• Supporting Capex, Lease and Acquisitions analytics for forecast (RoFo, budget and business plan)
• Reporting of budgeting, forecasting and business plans into reporting tool One Stream for L&S Capex, Lease, Acquisitions
• Ensuring correct Capex allocation in reporting tool OneStream (i.e. product family)
(2) Net Working Capital
• Collaborating and supporting on NWC reporting, including data accuracy into the reporting systems, and deep dive on variance analysis such as customers details
• Collaborating and supporting on NWC forecasting (RoFo, budget and business plan)
• Collaborating and supporting on building the framework for NWC

(3) Investment Analysis
• Tracking of IPs into the L&S Cube
• Tracking approved investment proposals and providing visibility to relevant stakeholders, including maintain repository of relevant IP documentation
• Loading of list of approved proposals to GRC tool
• Supporting on IP reporting, such as SAP to L&S Cube
• Driving process improvements – new ideas, opportunities, etc
• Proactively adhering to tasks and submissions as required, according to team timelines and deadlines
