About the team: This team manage and handle online grocery supplying business with multiple sale points and to manage a team of 4 to 5 members to undertake all aspects of financial operations w.r.t P2P function including but not limited to invoice processing, GRN vs. Invoice reconciliation, timely payments to vendors, accurate application of debits to vendors. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our team. The Assistant Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and records. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and review revenue reconciliation MOM. 2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. 3. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable and general ledger. 4. Prepare and review of intercompany transactions, balances, and its related compliance requirements. 5. Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. 6. Ensuring the Company has compliance with internal controls in place and maintains robust internal control processes to safeguard company assets. 7. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. 8. Coordinate financial audits and ensure timely completion. 9. Coordinate and liaison with the respective stakeholders 10. Proven experience of 1-2 years in financial management, accounting, or a related role in BIG 10 organisation. 3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis. 4. Excellent knowledge of financial software and systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial tools. 6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
