Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Travel Specialist. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for making travel arrangements, managing business travel, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing travel management services to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in making travel arrangements and managing business travel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of travel management principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
