Our consultancy services cover a wide range of areas, including Legal Services, Human Resources, Finance and Tax, IT, Process and Transformation, and Marketing.

Job Responsibilities: 1.Able to inspire, influence, transfer skills to and manage a cross-functional team, either under direct management or via matrix-management; able to influence, engage and collaborate with a diverse range of personalities 2. Must be a self-starter, a team player, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 3. Excellent analytical and planning skills coupled with an independent, objective and process-oriented way of working, challenges assumptions and probes detail, able to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity 4. Excellent business engagement skills and high degree of organizational awareness, ability to articulate change in a business context, and assist in the development of associated change roadmaps 5. Results-driven: completes what is started (on-time, to quality and within budget), willing and able to disrupt the status quo in a constructive manner 6. Excellent presentation skills up to Executive level: strong communication skills both verbal and written 7. Able to proactively contribute, deliver and work towards best practice processes & procedures 8. Acts with integrity and leads by example to create a culture of high expectation and performance 9. Fluent spoken and written English is required 10. Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Process Improvement, Process Digitization, Process Automation/ RPA, Data Analytics, Change Management

Education requirements University degree (or equivalent)

Language requirements English – Fluent (required)

Background and experience 1. Drive process standardisation, digitisation and automation across GSC 2. Project Management - Manage Project from inception through to benefits delivery using structured DMAIC methodology 3. Business Analysis / problem solving - Analyse business requirements and solve problems using structured methodology and analytics 4. Benefit Realization – ensuring delivery of benefits which supports budget and business plans 5.Process Improvement and automation –lead process improvement, digitization and automation using Lean/ Six Sigma tools and Power BI/ Power App and related technologies 6. Ensure all processes are documented, measured, managed and continually improved 7. Develop standard operating system in GSC
