Academic Councelor

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in New Delhi. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on academic matters, course selection, and career opportunities. They will also be responsible for conducting group and individual counseling sessions, maintaining student records, and collaborating with faculty and staff to support student success.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with students and families from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of academic programs and requirements
• Experience in providing academic counseling and guidance
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in the education field, preferably in academic counseling or student services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
