Job description
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Global Director of Compliance and risk in managing the data to support the enterprise risk identification (via surveys and other business information) as well as collect and manage all of the information related to company's annual insurance renewals.
- Manage the internal data collection, completion and storage for all insurance renewals .
- Follow up with internal resources, as needed, at plants, technical centers, HR, quality, PD or other functions to provide the most updated information for each renewal
- Review applications with the Director of Compliance and Risk prior to submitting to the insurance company for each renewal
- Keep carful records of all submission data, internal funding approvals, and data sources, and file on the internal insurance shared drive by each line
- After binding, manage and track the receipt of invoices to ensure every country is paid shortly after the invoice is received (the candidates will track and update the director, who will escalate as needed)
- Ensure all binders and policies are received from the broker and filed.
- Create desk procedures for how to manage each renewal and insurance line (this can be ongoing, as the process develops and becomes more efficient)
- Assist with creating draft presentations in Power Point for external annual insurance marketing.
- Assist with creating management updates in Power Point for annual board of directors update.
- Assist with creating the annual survey in TEAMS to be distributed to all director and above employees (survey topics to be determined by the director of compliance and risk).
- Assist with compiling survey data and results after survey
- Assist with creating heat maps and identifying and ranking risks for presentation to senior leadership and board of directors
- Assist with coordinating teams and efforts to address risks, as identified by the compliance and risk director

- Employer liability
- General Liability
- Auto
- Product
- Recall Insurance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Any Bachelor / Master's degree
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience
SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
