POSITION:
CAMP MANAGER
As a Camp manager to manage the catering and camp management projects by providing multi-services in such a manner that customer satisfaction, high staff morale, and budgeted profit margins are achieved and that a good company image is projected, thus ensuring continued growth.
Liaising with the client to maintain strong communications between the parties to ensure that their objectives and requirements are being met
ability to manage client relations, team management, and contractor and supplier management with strong technical knowledge, financial reporting ability, and motivation to continuously improve all aspects of the operation and quality of life services.
Ensure contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs are delivered.
Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in a multi-disciplinary environment managing catering and camp management projects
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
Excellent customer focus and communication skills
