We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Record to Report 

We're looking for Record to Report Professional, having technical depth in accounting functions, financial statements, and Reporting. 

Responsibilities
This position involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. The R2R associate works closely with the R2R lead or manager to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Should have sound Record to Report knowledge.
•    Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger, including recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy. 
•    Conduct periodic reconciliations of various accounts, such as bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. 
•    Support the financial close process by preparing and organizing financial data, working with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines.
•    Experience in fixed assets accounting, sale and Use tax, general accounting will be preferred
•    Perform bank reconciliation, inter- company accounting & month end close 
•    Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, collaborating with auditors and management.
•    Keep accurate records and documentation of financial transactions, reconciliations, and procedures.
•    Collaborate with various departments to provide financial information and address inquiries.
•    Support the financial close process by preparing and organizing financial data, working with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines.
•    Perform variance analysis, write commentaries on actuals vs forecast / budgets to identify the key drivers and help the business to make decisions.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
•    Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
•    IT skills: ERP (Blackline/SAP/Ariba/Alteryx), MS Office
•    Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) would be preferred.
•    Good Written & Verbal Communication
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Effective communication and teamwork skills.
•    Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
