Job description
Introduction of Company: GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (P) Ltd., an ISO 9001-2015, 14001-2015 accredited Company, engaged in manufacturing of premium quality Aluminium profiles. It operates 2 advanced automated units strategically located very close to each other at Kallakal Village of Medak district. The infrastructure has been setup with most advanced equipments and 100% power back up facilities. It caters the intricate global needs with an installed capacity of 50,000 TPA with in house anodising and powder coating & FABRICATION facilities.
Job Purpose: Job responsibility to increase productivity and manpower efficiency in anodizing process.
Responsibilities:
Direct productivity target through effective utilization of man, machine, material and method
Ensuring the day plan and shift wise as per target
Management manpower
Maintain test records as per ISO documentation
Reduce , control and maintain Anodizing Customer complaint
Reduce and control consumable cost
Reduce and control Energy Cost (Gas)
Meeting the fixed deadlines for export / Domestic.
Ensuring anodizing monthly report planning as per the Job order received
Ensure sandblasting, Brushing, Anodizing, EPT Production reports compliance
Strictly follow the process parameters as per work instructions and SOP
Controlling process rejections
Ensure and maintain anodizing documentation as per ISO documentation
Control & coordinate anodizing team and deploy supervisors effectively in shifts
Ensure Kaizens improvements on the shop floor
Trainings provided to all manpower
Involve in new project / continuous Improvement
Maintain shop floor Hygiene
Ensure & maintain PCB Norms
