Role and Responsibilities:
As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for reviewing design device installations and testing documentation. You will maintain accurate records of installed devices and conduct thorough checks before the handover. Coordinating and performing inspections of materials or devices at the site and finished products will be a crucial part of your role. You will apply appropriate quality assurance testing models and follow provided QC lists diligently. Tracking and checking the customization provided by the client as well as following up with the client for 3 months after completion are essential tasks. Keeping track of customer satisfaction in regards to the service and products installed will be a key focus area. Additionally you will be responsible for identifying the root cause of quality problems and coordinating modifications or other corrective actions.
Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Prior experience in the automation machinery manufacturing industry will be highly valued.
