Job Description - Paid Ads Lead
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management
- Full ownership of P&L for Modifyed's Advertising and Paid Media Business.
- Manage a team of paid executives to deliver strong results across several accounts.
- Work with marketing teams to drive high ROI / ROAS campaigns.
- Build systems and processes for scaling the overall performance marketing vertical at Modifyed.
2.Clients and Account Management for Delivery Excellence
- Launching paid marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and other digital marketing channels for a range of clients.
- Review all aspects of ad operations such as keyword strategy, audience and placement targeting, creative design and ideation
- Coordinate all PPC activities in the team such as including bid management, copywriting and competitor benchmarking, optimizing copy and landing pages for increasing quality scores, etc.
- Monitoring budgets and overseeing the performance of various paid marketing campaigns. Implement A/B tests to continuously improve ROI and ROAS.
- Ensure excellent Client Servicing through weekly and monthly client reporting for all major paid media KPIs.
- Communication with management and clients on project development, timelines, and results.
3.Lead Generation and Key Account Growth
- Actively pitch new ideas to the clients for growing their accounts. Work with the senior leadership to grow client relationships and retainers.
- Identify opportunities and weaknesses in various accounts (operationally, relationships) and solve problems.
- Participate in client meetings or new pitches to win new advertising accounts.
- Assist in growth through additional adspends or upselling/cross-selling services.
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, techniques and technologies to suggest new and innovative ideas to grow accounts.
4.New Initiatives to drive institutional growth
- Drive service and product innovation in the team by identifying and implementing new ideas.
- Growth hacking into client accounts or the entire vertical's P&L.
- Strategic innovations to drive strong and consistent year on year growth.
5.People Management of the Ads team
- Assume leadership of the vertical's team members - build strong relationships within the team for long term mutual growth and partnership.
- Train, mentor and guide team members for daily operations.
- Identify areas of weakness and strengths to create a strong delivery and growth engine for the team.
Key qualification and Experience
- Graduate/Post Graduation in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification required.
- Proven experience of 2-5+ years as a Paids Ads Manager or Digital Media Buyer in a digital marketing agency.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting using Google Analytics, Adwords, Reports, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or Google Data Studio.
- Good knowledge of overall digital marketing mix such as SEO, Landing Pages, Funnels, Marketing Automation, Social Media and Content Marketing.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google datastudio, GTM, etc.)
- Passion for Branding, Marketing, Digital Media and Internet marketing.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively to identify and resolve problems. Curiosity to learn and implement new ideas.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas in English.
- Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.
- High levels of integrity, ability to take quick decisions and self-motivated.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Ability to mentor and groom the internal teams for strong delivery projects.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
