Job Description - Paid Ads Lead

Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and Management

  1. Full ownership of P&L for Modifyed's Advertising and Paid Media Business. 
  2. Manage a team of paid executives to deliver strong results across several accounts.
  3. Work with marketing teams to drive high ROI / ROAS campaigns. 
  4. Build systems and processes for scaling the overall performance marketing vertical at Modifyed.

2.Clients and Account Management for Delivery Excellence

  1. Launching paid marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and other digital marketing channels for a range of clients.
  2. Review all aspects of ad operations such as keyword strategy, audience and placement targeting, creative design and ideation
  3. Coordinate all PPC activities in the team such as including bid management, copywriting and competitor benchmarking, optimizing copy and landing pages for increasing quality scores, etc.
  4. Monitoring budgets and overseeing the performance of various paid marketing campaigns. Implement A/B tests to continuously improve ROI and ROAS.
  5. Ensure excellent Client Servicing through weekly and monthly client reporting for all major paid media KPIs.
  6. Communication with management and clients on project development, timelines, and results.

3.Lead Generation and Key Account Growth 

  1. Actively pitch new ideas to the clients for growing their accounts. Work with the senior leadership to grow client relationships and retainers.
  2. Identify opportunities and weaknesses in various accounts (operationally, relationships) and solve problems.
  3. Participate in client meetings or new pitches to win new advertising accounts.
  4. Assist in growth through additional adspends or upselling/cross-selling services.
  5. Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, techniques and technologies to suggest new and innovative ideas to grow accounts.

4.New Initiatives to drive institutional growth

  1. Drive service and product innovation in the team by identifying and implementing new ideas.
  2. Growth hacking into client accounts or the entire vertical's P&L.
  3. Strategic innovations to drive strong and consistent year on year growth.

5.People Management of the Ads team

  1. Assume leadership of the vertical's team members - build strong relationships within the team for long term mutual growth and partnership.
  2. Train, mentor and guide team members for daily operations.
  3. Identify areas of weakness and strengths to create a strong delivery and growth engine for the team.
