We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive with prior experience in the Real Estate domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a customer-centric approach. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, engaging with prospects, and assisting the sales team in converting leads. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate both orally and in writing, with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately. Additionally, the candidate should be adaptable and empathetic, ensuring superior service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Identify opportunities and provide information to prospects telephonically.
· Assist the sales team in converting leads into sales.
· Drive walk-ins to the site to contribute to the team's efforts.
· Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, recognizing the tone and mood of customers.
· Maintain a customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and personalization in communication.
· Comprehend and respond to all customer queries through chat with immediate resolution in real-time.
· Provide superior service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in the Real Estate domain is required.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
· Pleasing personality with a customer-centric approach.
· Adaptable and empathetic towards customers' needs.
· Ability to comprehend and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
· Willingness to travel to various locations.
· Preference for onsite females.
