Job description

Reporting to the TA Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the administration of operational activities, supporting end-to-end recruitment of talent into Alter Domus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administering candidate pre-employment activities, including but not limited to employment contract preparation, background screening, management of employee personal file.

• Acting as first point of contact for onboarding related queries providing excellent customer service.

• Interview scheduling.

• Providing interview scheduling related support to candidates and hiring managers, solving interview related queries.

• Administering work permit ordering process for Alter Domus candidates.

• Providing support to other Talent Acquisition Operations team colleagues on Recruiting and Onboarding system optimization and pre-boarding process improvement projects.

• Participating in other HR Operations function related projects and activities.

• Providing support with third party Vendors' administration activities.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1 to 2 years' administrative work experience (experience in HR Administration, People Operations or Recruiting Operations would be considered as advantage).

• Fluent in English (both in speaking and writing), other language would be considered as advantage.

• Higher education.

• Willingness to learn and grow in HR field.

• Ability to prioritize tasks when working with high volume of assignments.

• High attention to detail combined with computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).

• Positive attitude and good communication skills.

• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision, as well as work productively as part of a team environment.
