About the job The Associate Director or Director is a key sales & solutioning role to promote TASConnect’s rapid growth in India. The role will work closely with internal and external business partners to approach our existing and prospect clients in this key region. The role requires working cross-functionally, engaging stakeholders within India and overseas in Financial Institutions, Enterprise Sales, Pre-Sales, Product development, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, technology, and finance, among others.

The successful candidate will be a FinTech sales and Trade Finance sales enthusiast who can position and pitch TASConnect effectively to enterprise customers at their treasury & finance, procurement, and sales organizations to solve complex supply chain finance challenges. This person will be equipped to originate and execute the deals front-to-end, supporting clients to prosper while solving specific complexities within the organization.

You will: Leverage on your experience and networks amongst C-suite and senior management clients preferably in Supply Chain financing space to develop effective sales channels and pipelines for TASConnect across diverse industries. Achieve and exceed sales target volumes and revenues. Originate new pipeline and run existing pipeline with full ownership driving top line sales. Create and conduct sales pitches and implement a robust sales process to generate meaningful leads. Leverage your knowledge of cross-border trade and working capital finance to provide solutions to clients. Develop business opportunities by tracking industry trends and aligning solutions. Conduct meetings with clients and other ecosystem stakeholders to discuss projects and ideas. Maintain a strong commitment to meet delivery and operational requirements. Drive commercial discussions with the clients, focusing on building a profitable relationship with all customers in the portfolio.

Job Requirements Min 8-12 years' work experience in sales, relationship management, product development and solutioning with strong knowledge of cross-border trade A self-motivated person with proven and outstanding record of successfully selling automation, working capital finance and trade finance solutions to enterprise clients, MNCs, FIs/Banks or Fintechs. Entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys growing in Start-up venture environments. Prior sales experience in a SAAS/ Platform Technology Sales company is a good to have. Have managed relationships or sold solutions to Treasury and CFOs Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can establish a healthy working culture based on the TASConnect DNA Excellent communication skills - verbal and in writing with outstanding presentation skills Strong experience in creating pitch decks and solutions on power point. Confidence in engaging Treasury suite-level and C-level executives Most importantly, a team player who champions a respectful, open & trusting work environment Role based on the candidate’s experience Delhi/ Mumbai/ Bangalore location
