Cashfree Payments Payment Aggregation business is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Cashfree Payments is one of the first recipients of such licenses, and will be adding more such regulated products in its portfolio.
What You'll do:-
- Acquire and manage existing banking partnerships/relationships, with a focus on driving execution of cross border initiatives, helping to launch and manage new offerings.
- Leverage industry knowledge to craft thoughtful partnership and product strategies with banks, partnering with various stakeholders (including risk, product, engineering, compliance, legal, and treasury).
- Map & develop strong working relationships with key influencers for the assigned banks. It should include mapping the various teams in the assigned banks thoroughly and plot them out to an organization chart of the banks.
- Ensuring that the engagements are well formalized with the partner banks by way of agreement(s) and agreed base rates and mark-ups applicable, if any. Also taking care of internal closure with cross-functional departments like Legal, Finance etc.
- Prior experience in working with Banks like ICICI, HDFC, etc./Cross border Payment Players like Payoneer, X-flow, Preferred: Experience in OPGSP is preferred
- Identify, secure, and manage relationships with large clients or partners who have a large partner base and have cross border payment requirements - mainly Indian companies who are into goods exporting & importing.
- International companies who are selling to India, including D2C brands, Saas platform.
- Research and build out a partnership channel to drive merchant acquisitions
- Working with agencies to identify potential partners and affiliates
- Leading the negotiations and contract development
- The job will involve building relationships with key players in banks, SME's, financial firms, marketplaces, eCommerce providers and others to generate qualified opportunities, mapping the account, influencing key decision-makers, convincing the client/Bank about the value proposition and closing the deal
