Job description

Supervision of daily construction work.
Prepare Drawing, BOQ & Estimate of Civil work projects as per given requirement. Knowledge of NBC & IS Standards added advantage.
Study execution drawings & guide contractor for construction.
Ensure all Health & safety standards are followed on site.
Ensure all work permits before starting the construction work.
Maintain DPR & WPR as per construction progress.
Quality inspection of construction work and related materials on site / lab
Inter departmental coordination for construction related activities.
Preparation of Project Handover documents.
Bill Checking
M.S Office, MSP / Primavera, Auto CAD, BIM / Revit added advantage.
