Job description
The main purpose of this job is to achieve annual business targets through development of the identified customer and deployment of market facing initiatives.
- Meeting Sales Targets by ensuring that the sales targets as per OSP/ABP are achieved
- Channel Management -
- Review of the performance of distributors
- Compliance to distributors- customer call plan
- Adherence to and ensuring execution of channel initiatives as per business plan
- Market Feedback
- Track market share and share of business with dealer/customer
- Track competitors- moves, schemes and new products
- Customer Management
- Action planning against findings / issues from the CSI survey
- For any product complaints: interface with the operations to handle the complaint and resolve within timeline specified as per policy
- For any services complaint, analyze to identify the cause and resolve within timeline specified as per policy
- Implementation of Contact Programs
- Ensure Customer learning & insights and gather voice of customer
- Initiate and interface for dealers/distributors meet
- Product Promotion Activities - Compliance to and execution
Skills Must have experience in Commercial cluster (M&S, Planning, CSD, Procurement, etc) /PAG
Technical Competency- Product and market segment knowledge, commercial acumen, knowledge of sales processes, Analytical Skill
Behavioural Competency - Communication skills, Interpersonal effectiveness, drive for result, networking skills, customer orientation.
Other details Degree or diploma in Engineering or equivalent / MBA / CA/ ICWA/ Graduation (Having experience in Marketing & Sales).
Full-time or Part-time MBA preferably in Marketing & Sales from an AICTE recognized institute/ IIM
