Main Purpose of Job:
• To identify new customer leads, qualify and close the sales and ensure timely collection.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Thrust areas:
• Identify new customer leads, qualify and close the sales
• 100% compliance of sales processes and systems for assigned territory
• Building relationship and ensure service to customer
• Reporting of sales activity in CRM and update the sales funnel
• Ensure timely collection

Key result areas shall include the following:
• To analyze the viability of business considering budgeted targets in mind
• Take onus of budget and bring in new business and increase the business from existing customers
• Develop/generate/maintain business with key customers/clients
• Enhance sales process and increase profitability with maximum focus on compliance
• Accept and implement the risk management theories
• Ensure complete coordination with operation/customer service/finance team through effective SOP's
• Actively assist operations and service departments with customer implementation, service activities, value delivery and management
• Ensure On time update and generation of reports and compliance with regards to CRM
• Responsible for collection and billing of the executed job
• Interviews, hires, trains, evaluates, and manages sales personnel
• Prepares performance evaluations and set sales personnel goals
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the Sales Team
• Coordinate with account receivables for timely collections
• To ensure discipline is followed across work environment
• To have cordial and collaborative approach with colleagues, in same and other departments
The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the HOD.

Skills:
• Strong product knowledge
• Team player
• Ability to comprehend general strategy guidelines and implement the same
• Good communication skills
• Strong software skills (PowerPoint, excel, word, etc)
• Ability to negotiate

Educational Qualification:
• Minimum: Any Graduate
• Desired: MBA - Marketing

Experience Range:
• 6 to 10 years' experience in Logistics/Supply Chain industry
• Minimum 5 years of on-field experience

Age Band:
• 35 to 45 years
