Job description

Overview

1. Indian Nurse with minimum 3 years of clinical experience and skillset, to review the clinical information/medical record and summarize relevant clinical information based on set of guidelines/criteria.

Qualifications:

1. Active State Nursing certification is Mandatory
2. Minimum 3 years of clinical/hospital experience is mandatory

Experience:

1. Clinical experience: Minimum 3 years
2. Auditing experience (Optional)

Communication:

1. Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills

Working Hours:

1. 40 hours per week as Full time employee
2. Shift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM IST
3. Weekends Off

Telecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable:

1. High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband
2. Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy

Skills and abilities:

1. Perform audit based on clinical knowledge while reviewing the medical record

2. Demonstrate learning skills during process training and in advancing career

3. Perform quality assurance reviews to assess comprehension of training efforts.

4. Ensure to process the audit with accountability

5. Ensure to view all documented system information as well as any additional records/data presented to support a determination or recommendation.

6. Condenses all clinical information into a clear and precise clinical picture while taking a final decision

7. Pro-actively and consistently engage in enhancing process/work knowledge and delivery the work with high values

8. Actively update process knowledge and follow the new change in process

9. Be ready to analyze the errors and if required approach to quality team for further clarification.

10. Maintain a professional work environment

11. Follow every aspect of SOP without fail

12. Complete received Audits with Quality

13. Achieve expected Quality and production target

14. Follow project-related protocols and instructions

15. Update all the logs like productivity, Clarification log, and any other logs applicable on a daily basis.

16. Complete alignment with Manager /TL in terms of program delivery.

17. Responding to all emails promptly without fail

18. Ensure compliance of the entire team.
