Key Responsibility Areas: Drawing Understanding: Interpret and analyze architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Collaborate with the design team to address any discrepancies or issues in drawings. Technical Understanding: Oversee and supervise interior and civil work projects to ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications. Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful execution of tasks. Material and Market Understanding: Stay updated on the latest materials, construction technologies, and market trends relevant to the industry. Collaborate with procurement teams to source and evaluate materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects. Monitor project progress and address any technical challenges or issues that may arise during construction. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the construction process. Conduct regular site inspections to assess workmanship and adherence to technical specifications. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a Technical Supervisor in Civil and interior. In-depth knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings. Strong technical understanding of interior and civil work processes. Familiarity with a variety of construction materials and their applications. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
