Job description
The APAC FP&A Analyst here after Analyst , will report to the FP&A Director for APAC. The Analyst will serve as a true business partner to the APAC leadership team.
The Analyst will be responsible for analysing financial results, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting and assisting with financial forecasting from Revenue to EBITDA.
Importantly, the Analyst must demonstrate the ability to work independently, support with an analytical mindset and work with a multi-national team within a matrix organization.
The Analyst is responsible for supporting risk quantification initiatives and provide routine reports on such findings.
The Analyst will demonstrate a collaborative team approach and consistently provide responsive communication to business leadership regarding India areas of the finance function.

As the Analyst, you:
- Own the Income Statement, from Revenue to EBITDA with regards to the APAC management setup for country level entity.
- Support the APAC FP&A Director in monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
- Provide relevant financial forecasting and modelling where necessary.
- Own the preparation of budget for management setup at country level and provide relevant support for APAC region.
- Collaborate and support the APAC FP&A team with reporting requirements and analysis.
- Support financial audits and provide analysis & reconciliations, where appropriate.
- Work closely with the Controllers and Project Finance Managers, keeping pulse on projects execution and its impact on financials.
- Take part in global projects initiatives regarding budgeting, planning and forecasting, as well as ERP transformation/upgrades.
- Support SOX & compliance requirements as needed.
What will you bring to the company
- 3 years or more of broad financial leadership, with an accounting degree and preferred to have worked in a MNC with matrix organization setup.
- Alternatively, 3 years of work experience in a public accounting firm (preferably Big 4), specializing in Assurance work.
- Chartered Accountant / CPA preferred, but not required.
- Ability to interact across all levels of stakeholders.
- Have ability to accept and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Be a supportive contributor to progressive thinking and growth.
- Experience within or exposure to energy sector is desirable.
- Be a strong business partner with analytical data.
- Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must have strong Microsoft tools skills with Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP/Oracle and Anaplan is desired.
