We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Inside Sales team as an Inside Product Sales Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who is eager to kick-start their career in sales. As an Inside Product Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our products to prospective customers over the phone and via online channels.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Utilize various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media, to engage with prospects and create interest in our products.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to understand their needs and pain points.
Product Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our offerings.
- Effectively communicate the unique selling points and competitive advantages of our products.
- Address customer questions and objections in a persuasive and informative manner
Relationship Building and Consultative Selling:
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, offering expert guidance and insights.
- Listen actively to customer feedback, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Track sales leads, opportunities, and deals through the sales pipeline.
Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely and persistent manner to nurture relationships and close sales.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Share customer insights, feedback, and market trends with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
- Prior experience or internships in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow.
