Job description
Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Planner with extensive experience in infrastructure master planning and detail design in water, waste water, stormwater, irrigation, pumping station, and treatment plant design and planning. The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working on major infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee infrastructure planning and design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Conduct site evaluations and assessments to determine project feasibility and develop plans accordingly.
Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to infrastructure planning and design.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Attend project meetings, make presentations, and provide technical support to clients and stakeholders as needed.
Manage project change requests and scope changes, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
5-10 years of experience in infrastructure master planning and detail design
Experience in water, waste water, stormwater, irrigation, pumping station, and treatment plant design and planning
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Knowledge of applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to infrastructure planning and design
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
