We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and help them navigate the design, planning, and permit process.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a remote Architect/ Designer. As an Architect/Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing design concepts for our clients. You will work closely with our team of project managers, designers, and drafters to ensure that designs meet not just the client's requirements but also meet building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or Design
• 2+ years of experience in Architecture or Design industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in developing design concepts and ensuring that the design meets building codes and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A team player who is detail-oriented, creative and can work independently
• Exceptional communication skills to work with clients and team members effectively
