The candidate should be self-driven , result oriented and capable of leading a team of Regional Retail Sales Managers who will be reporting into this position. The position has to lead the roll out of Retail sales organization PAN India , appoint Distributors , evolve promotional and distribution mix to rapidly grow the Retail Business for EMMVEE .Should be willing to travel extensively.
