Job description
Craft Devins Design System o Visual identity system that resonates with our brand o Think of reusable components when designing o Craft a style guide
Work with the product team to understand business objectives and translate them into o Information architecture (UX) o User journeys / App Flows (UX) o Low fidelity designs /Wireframes (UI) o High fidelity designs (UI)
Work with QA and Engineering team to validate design implementation. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems by implementing instrumentation tools, conducting periodic customer reviews. Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.) Effectively communicate how the creative vision will help achieve company objectives.
