Owns conceptualization, planning and implementation of innovative employee engagement programs to enhance E-SAT (employee satisfaction)
Ensure successful implementation of performance assessment & development framework by ensuring timely goal setting, performance review, and performance development plan to drive high performance across BU.
Facilitates interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis through different forums like town hall, team meets etc.
Implements various communication forums to bridge the divide between employees and other functions/stakeholders.
Conducts skip levels to continuously gauge employee's morale through a series of formal/informal discussions & conversations
