Role

  • Understanding Business , its imperatives , challenges and partner to design people practices and initiatives to enable successful business delivery
  • Collaborates and consults business stakeholders to understand the changing needs of the business and to determine and act upon changing priorities.
  • Owns conceptualization, planning and implementation of innovative employee engagement programs to enhance E-SAT (employee satisfaction)
  • Ensure successful implementation of performance assessment & development framework by ensuring timely goal setting, performance review, and performance development plan to drive high performance across BU.
  • Facilitates interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis through different forums like town hall, team meets etc.
  • Implements various communication forums to bridge the divide between employees and other functions/stakeholders.
  • Conducts skip levels to continuously gauge employee's morale through a series of formal/informal discussions & conversations
  • Analyze feedback/ideas, plan and execute interventions
  • Risk analysis and succession planning
  • The role would own and will be measured based on Employee Engagement, Enrollment, Satisfaction & Retention(attrition)
  • Drives 100 percent compliance on HR initiatives like Leadership development, timely closure of appraisal process, getting development reviews done in time, ensuring connect between employees & managers, org induction etc.
  • Participates and contributes in org level initiatives – process, policies related changes, org events , HR programs etc
