Role & responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing : Assist in finding potential job candidates through various channels.
- Screening Applicants : Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Interview Coordination : Help schedule and organize candidate interviews and assessments.
- Onboarding Support : Aid in preparing new hire paperwork and facilitate orientation for new employees.
- Data Management : Assist in maintaining employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Employee Relations : Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help address concerns.
