Job Summary : As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various human resource functions within our organisation. You will play a crucial role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR activities. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Selection: • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. • Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. • Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process. • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. 2. Employee Relations: • Address employee concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner. • Promote a positive work culture and employee morale. • Implement employee engagement initiatives and activities. 3. Performance Management: • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes. • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions. • Monitor and track employee performance and provide feedback as necessary. 4. Training and Development: • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees. • Facilitate employee development initiatives, such as workshops, seminars, and online courses. • Support career development planning for employees. 5. HR Administration: • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Handle payroll processing and benefits administration. • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review. • Maintain integrity of the company. 6. Legal Compliance: • Stay updated on labour laws and regulations. • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations. • Provide guidance to management on legal matters related to HR. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 4 years of proven experience. • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role. • Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational and time management abilities. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Proficiency in MS Office and Computer Handling. • HR certification is a plus.Job tags
