1.) Junior Recruiter & Technical Recruiter :
Requirements -
Experience - Junior Recruiter 1 - 5 Years of recruitment experience
For technical recruiter 4 - 8 years of recruitment experience.
Candidate should have knowledge of using Job Portals and Social Media sites like - LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine etc
Design and update job descriptions.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiar with maintaining databases and Excel is plus
Candidate should be professional and work oriented.
