Solvable has operations in New Jersey, North Carolina, Rhode Island (USA) and Chennai (India) About the Role We are looking for Social Media Specialists with great communication skills, a good understanding of social media platforms and a passion for creating engaging content. You will work with a team of thinkers and doers to bring a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding for some of India’s most reputed brands. We’re looking for someone who can inspire others, and take creativity + client ROI to a new level as we continue to grow. Important Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 0-2 years of experience in a social media/content marketing role. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a strong focus on grammar and detail. This is a client-facing role. Basic knowledge of Social Media platforms Good organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends. Ability to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams. Must be based in Chennai and must be willing to travel to client locations in and around the city. ( This is not a remote or hybrid role) Responsibilities Include: Assist in building and implementing the overall social marketing strategy for clients. Help develop marketing campaigns that align with the business objectives and increase ROI for the brand. Support in building a community of loyal followers for our clients on their social media handles. Collaborate with the creative video team to shoot and edit reel videos and photos at client locations. Assist in managing paid social media campaigns for our clients. Research and write content on various relevant topics. Track social media data and assist in making analyses. Collaborate with various departments, including video production, design, paid media ads and sales. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices. Compensation Package: The remuneration for the Social Media Specialist position ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 30,000 per month (including PF), which will depend on the candidate's level of experience and proficiency in relevant tools.
